Struggling with sleep?You’re not alone…

Seeing your little person fight sleep can be heartbreaking—and exhausting.

Long nights, endless rocking, bringing baby into bed just to get a little rest to function the following day… you’re doing your best, but it doesn’t have to be this hard….

If you're in the thick of newborn or infant sleep challenges, you might be facing:

  • Frequent night wakings and disrupted sleep

  • Baby sleeping more during the day than at night

  • Early morning wake-ups

  • Short, unpredictable naps

  • Baby needing to be held, rocked, or fed to fall asleep

  • Feeding as the only way to settle

  • Co-sleeping, even if it wasn’t your plan

  • Bedtime battles that leave everyone drained

  • Your routine and baby’s completely out of sync

But it’s not just your little person struggling —

What about you?

Exhausted? Running low on patience? Struggling to focus at work — or feeling that panic rising as your return-to-work date creeps closer? Sleep deprivation doesn’t just affect your baby; it impacts your wellbeing, relationships and sense of self.

And while it’s not always easy to admit, it’s important to acknowledge — especially when you’re the one holding everything together.

There is a way forward…

If any of this sounds familiar, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll get to the root of your little person’s sleep challenges and create a personalised plan that fits your family’s lifestyle—without stress or judgement. I’ll support you in building healthy sleep habits so you can return to work feeling more focused and better equipped to handle all the other plates you’re spinning.

You’ll get the tools, guidance, and support you need to build healthy sleep habits, restore balance and finally enjoy the restful nights you’ve been missing.

Hello! I’m Priya!

I'm a qualified Early Years Teacher, an OCN-accredited Infant Sleep Consultant and—most importantly—a parent who’s been right where you are.

As a full-time working mum of two energetic boys, I know firsthand how deeply sleep deprivation can affect your entire family - especially when you're trying to return to work, manage daily responsibilities or simply get your busy family back into a routine. When my first son’s sleep became overwhelming, I reached out to a sleep consultant for help—and it was life-changing. Within weeks, he was sleeping better, and I could finally function at work, enjoy motherhood and feel like myself again.

Looking back, I often think, “If only I had known then what I know now.” That experience, combined with my background in education and my passion for supporting families, inspired me to become a sleep consultant—to help other parents find the rest, routine and a sense of normalcy. I’m here to support you with personalised, practical sleep solutions that work for your family.

The good news? They can be improved with the right guidance.

Say ‘goodbye’ to stressful bedtimes and unpredictable days

  • Move away from needing to rock, feed, bounce, walk, pat or cuddle your little person to fall asleep.

  • Reduce early wakings, fragmented sleep and restless nights.

  • Gently transition away from co-sleeping - if that’s your goal.

  • Get back to juggling all your responsibilities of managing your home and other responsibilities.

  • Enjoy the rest of your maternity/ paternity leave - knowing your baby is getting the sleep they need.

  • Already back at work? Have the energy to be more productive and focused in your role.

  • Stop endlessly scrolling online for answers and trying approaches that don’t work.

  • Bring calm and predictability back into your days and evenings.

  • Reconnect with your sense of self.

  • Raise a well-rested, happy little person - without the stress.
